Knuckles is an American television miniseries created by John Whittington and Toby Ascher for the streaming service Paramount+, based on characters from Sega’s Sonic the Hedgehog video game series.
It is a spin-off of the Sonic the Hedgehog film series and the first live-action Sonic television series. The series serves as a bridge between the events of the films Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024), and follows Knuckles the Echidna as he trains deputy sheriff Wade Whipple in the ways of the Echidna warrior. Whittington was head writer, with Ascher as showrunner.
Synopsis: Knuckles embarks on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade as his protégé and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior.
