Raid is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language crime thriller film directed by Raj Kumar Gupta starring Ajay Devgn, Saurabh Shukla and Ileana D’Cruz. The Raid is based on the real-life income-tax raid conducted by officers of the Income Tax Department on Sardar Inder Singh in the 1980s, which is considered the longest raid in Indian history.
Synopsis: After receiving an anonymous tip, a tax officer leads a raid on the mansion of the most powerful figure in Lucknow, a member of parliament who has been evading income tax for years.
